Aria only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

You grant Aria Face Artistry and/or Aria Print Artistry a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. Aria Face Artistry and/or Aria Print Artistry reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Aria Face Artistry and/or Aria Print Artistry and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Products
While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and colors adequately represented, Aria Face Artistry and/or Aria Print Artistry cannot be held responsible should there be discrepancies in size, shape, or color with the products received by the customer as their computers may simply have been showing them differently.
All of our merchandise, with the exception of our Digital Downloads, are created “on demand” in coordination with our Production Partners, which means on occasion the original product listed may not be available. If the original Print Provider can’t fulfill an order or a part of the order, it will be automatically routed to the most suitable alternative Print Provider for fulfillment with a similar product. If the substitute product is unsatisfactory, Aria Face Artistry/Aria Print Artistry reserves the right to refund or credit the customer for the cost of the product.

Privacy Policy
Personal Information We Collect
When registering on our Site, you are asked to enter your name and email address. This allows us to send you updates, essential information, and invoices if you upgrade your account. When you personalize your profile, you may also enter your mailing address and phone number. We’ll never sell your personal info to third parties, and we won’t use your name or company in marketing without your permission, either.
When you install our App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your online store, such as: address, city, country, shop currency, domain, shop ID, and IP address. This information is only used to ensure that our App is correctly installed and applied towards your business.

We collect information from you when you register on our Site, browse the Site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, use live chat, or enter information on our site.

This means that all sensitive information (such as credit card info) is encrypted via SSL technology. All transactions (subscriptions, orders, & transaction fees) are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We do not have access to this information aside from the last 4 digits of your credit card as an identifier.

Do We Use Cookies?
Cookies provide a convenience feature to save you time, or tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize pages on our Site, or upgrade your account, a cookie helps us to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Return Policy
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s). To return an item, you must keep the item in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.
Returns are only accepted for misprinted or damaged items. We will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds for orders of the wrong size or color.

Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?
If you are returning multiple items from the same seller, please return them together to enjoy "Free Return" on all items. If you return the item one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

How long does it take to be refunded in full?
A full refund will be given once the supplier has received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund.

Where is the refund sent?
Your refund will be returned to the same billing used to make the original payment on the order with the supplier.

Can I make an exchange instead of a return?
Yes, but only of the exact product of the original order.

Additional Information
If you receive a damaged product or product was printed incorrected, we offer a free replacement of the exact product or refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
Listed below are the acceptable reasons for return or exchange:

An issue with the quality of the print or embroidery.
An issue with the print placement (distance from collar, off-center, etc.).
Print in the wrong area.
Wrong product.
A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect).
An issue with an electronic device (manufacturer’s defect).
Delivery-related product damage.
Reprinted item has the same issue as the original item.
Wrong color or size sent (our error).

Please contact us as soon as possible or receiving your order. We do have a time limit to get approval from our Production Partner for corrections as well and must provide proof of any defects before returns can be accepted and sent back through for corrections.

Digital Item Policy
Digital Items and Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Gift Cards expire 1 year from the purchase date.

Subscription Policy
By subscribing above you agree to following terms and conditions:
Subscribers are entitled to a 5-day trial period to explore the forum categories reserved for paid subscribers.
Subscriptions that are not canceled before the trial end date, will be charged $7USD per month starting on the date of the end of the trial period.
Subscriptions will be billed $7USD per month on the same date until cancelled.
To cancel a subscription, log into your profile, select the Subscriptions tab, then select cancel.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time during the 5 day trial period. The benefits of the subscription will remain in effect until the trial period ends.
When the 5-day trial ends subscribers will still have access to the free forum content at no charge.

Shipping Policy
Free Shipping EVERY day for all orders over $50 shipped anywhere in the USA. All other shipping rates are based on actual USPS rates.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please remember, our products are produced SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU and not started until your payment has cleared. Please allow for production time.
Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally at this time.
