What is included...
Includes Balloon Art done with multiple balloons or simple one balloon creations. The more complex the design, the more exciting for your guests! We can twist up to 20 balloons per hour depending on the complexity. Please indicate if you have a theme in mind or if we need to bring our book of designs so we can prepare accordingly :) Includes all supplies and set up.
Cancellation Policy
We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer to hold your event date. If you need to cancel your event, all amounts paid can be used towards future services of the same duration within 6 months of the original service date. You must reschedule and will not be notified of expiring credits. If the cancellation is due to a natural disaster or emergency situation out of your control, any amounts paid will be refunded. If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours notice. More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
