Cancellation Policy

We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer to hold your event date. If you need to cancel your event, all amounts paid can be used towards future services of the same duration within 6 months of the original service date. You must reschedule and will not be notified of expiring credits. If the cancellation is due to a natural disaster or emergency situation out of your control, any amounts paid will be refunded. If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours notice. More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
